Cultural Resource Survey of John's Creek and Dry Creek Roads

Abstract

In January 1984, the author conducted cultural resource surveys on the Johns Creek and Dry Creek Roads in the Armuchee Ranger District of the Chattahoochee National Forest. The survey also covered 100 acres in a timber sale adjacent to the Johns Creek Road. Field reconnaissance and subsurface testing failed to locate any cultural resources within the areas of proposed road construction. These projects are, therefore, cleared from impact to cultural resources.
