A series of reconnaissance level cultural resource examinations related to the construction or replacement of four culverts, damaged or destroyed from flooding, were performed at Fort Gordon, Georgia. The projects and area examined for cultural resources covered a total area of approximately 0.42 ha (1 acre) and included 100% of the proposed construction area for each project. No cultural resources were located in any of the four construction areas. We recommend that a determination of "No Effect" to cultural resources be made and that construction activities be allowed to proceed.
