This is an second addendum for project changes to Project MSL-0004-00 (640); PI 0004640. The original survey (Webb 2006) was cleared under this project number. Since that time the project number and PI number have changed to GDOT Project HPPOO-0013-01(062); PI NO 731770. The revised project extends from Lenox Road to Shalloford Terrace. However, the revised project is being funded as two separate phases; Phase I begins at Lenox Road and ends approximately 700 feet northeast of Afton Road, a distance of 2.45 miles (3.9 km). Phase II extends from 700 feet northeast of Afton Road the project's end terminus at Shallowford Terrace, a distance of 2.6 miles (4.1 km). While this document covers both phases of the project, design updates have only occurred for Phase I. Impacts resulting from Phase II remain the same.
