Abstract

The proposed project would consist of the paving and widening to 0.6 m (2 ft) of the existing shoulders on SR 77 Connector in Elbert County. The project would begin at the intersection of SR 77 (MP 0.00) and would end at the intersection of SR 17 (MP 1.35). An archaeological survey consistent with the project description was conducted along the entire project corridor.
