Project TSAP-3 involves the construction of acceleration/deceleration and turn lanes on SR 3 south of Ellaville at the new elementary school. The project would begin approximately 91.4 m (300 ft) north of the new bus drive and would end approximately 152.4 m (500 ft) south of the southernmost school entrance. Existing right-of-way would be approximately 7.9 m (26 ft). An archaeological survey consistent with the proposed right-of-way was conducted for the entire length of the project corridor.
