Abstract

The travel lanes were reduced from 12-foot lanes to 11-foot lanes as a result of the Value Engineering study. The right-of-way (ROW) and easement areas have been modified based upon design refinements for drainage structures, to accommodate pedestrian access within the Curry Creek Park, and as a result of additional property owner coordination. The project was previously anticipated to require approximately 10.04 acres of ROW, 5.67 acres of permanent easement, and 0.84 acre of temporary driveway easement. The proposed project would now require approximately 7.2 acres of ROW, 6.73 acres of permanent easement, 0.04 acre of temporary construction easement, 1.06 acres of temporary driveway easement, and 0.26 acre of temporary demolition easement.
