The proposed project would consist ·of directional boring and installation of TV 3 strain poles for cameras within the existing shoulders of the roadway. Conduit, poles, and pull boxes would be placed within existing right-of-way (ROW} in the shoulder of the road. The directional boring would involve boring beneath the road to reach the other side. The shoulder work would involve the installation of pull boxes and conduit and would utilize existing conduit and pull boxes where possible."
The overall project length along SR 316 from SR 20 to the Barrow County line is approximately 9.2 miles.
