Additional minor project changes have occurred during ROW negotiations. These changes are covered by the current third addendum survey. As a result of property owner negotiations, areas of permanent easement were converted to temporary easement. Demolition easements were removed from two parcels because the property owners agreed to sell the remnants. Additionally, changes to specific parcels entailed driveway modifications, as a result of property negotiations, and the easements and required right-of-way (ROW) were adjusted to accommodate the driveway modifications. Survey was corrected in one area, and the required ROW and easements were adjusted to reflect the updated survey.
