The project provided emergency repairs to a culvert located on Memorial Drive between Clay Street and Wilkinson Drive in the city of Atlanta, Georgia. Flooding caused scour in the stream channel. To repair the damage, riprap was replaced at downstream wingwalls and on the embankment. The area of replaced riprap was approximately 20 feet long by 15 feet wide on each side, equaling 600 square feet. All work occurred within existing right-of-way.
