The proposed project would consist of the leveling and resurfacing of SR 15/ S 84 in Pierce County. The proposed project would begin at the intersection of SR 38 in the city of Blackshear and would end at the bridge over Big Satilla Creek at the Appling County line. Also included in this project would be the paving of the 0.6 m (2 ft) shoulders, left and right, along S 15/US. 84. No additional right-of-way would be required for the completion of the proposed project. An archaeological survey consistent with the project description was conducted along the entire project corridor.
