The proposed project would consist of the replacement of the bridge carrying SR 82 Spur over the North Oconee River (see Figure 1. Project Location Map). The bridge would be replaced at its existing location and an off-site detour would be utilized during construction. The off-site detour will be on existing roadway. The approximate project length would be 2,000 feet. The existing right-of-way (ROW) of SR 82 Spur is 100 feet, and the proposed ROW would vary between 100 feet and 130 feet.
