The proposed project would consist of the replacement of the existing bridge carrying SR 47 /US 221 over Greenbrier Creek northeast of Appling, in Columbia County, Georgia. Existing right-of-way is 100 feet. Proposed right-of-way would vary from 100 feet to 125 feet. The project length is approximately 0.18 mile. The project also involves a realignment of Yelton Rd./CR 577 onto new right-of-way, varying up to 102 feet from the existing.
