Abstract

2015 project description: The proposed project would consist of the replacement of the bridge carrying SR 82 Spur over the North Oconee River (see Figure 1. Project Location Map). The bridge would be replaced at its existing location and an off-site detour would be utilized during construction. The original project length was 2,000 feet but with the additional 350 feet, the new project length is now 2,350 feet. The existing right-of-way (ROW) of SR 82

Spur is 100 feet, and the proposed ROW would vary between 100 feet and 127 feet.

Since the approved short form (Koch 2015), the project was lengthened by approximately 350 feet at the northern end (Figure 2). The existing ROW is 100 feet and the proposed ROW would vary between 100 feet and 127 feet. This short form focuses only on the additional 350 feet surveyed.
