This is a bridge project, BRSLB-2294(1), located in Floyd County. The bridge is on CR 129 and crosses Dykes Creek. The existing structure is a 51 feet long by 16 foot wide bridge with concrete piers and abutments as well as a two span concrete slab. The existing ROW is 60 feet. The proposed project begins approximately 500 feet south of the creek and ends approximately 500 feet north of the creek. The existing structure will be replaced on the existing alignment with a double-double 10 foot by 6 foot concrete box bridge culvert. 40 feet of additional ROW is required.
