Not in Willey 1949. We are uncertain where or if this was ever used. Named for Pinellas County, Florida.

Sorting Criteria

Presumably randomly placed punctations on sand-tempered pottery.

Geographical Range
Presumably Central Gulf Coast and Manatee regions. Probably not in Georgia as such, but was on the 1969 list of Caldwell.
Chronological Range
Presumably late Mississippian Safety Harbor period.
