This volume presents the documentary sources reviewed during Phase I and Phase II, Tasks 1 and 2 of the Research and Recovery Program for Historic Resources for the Rocky Mountain Pumped Storage Project. It discusses each source and the repository or repositories at which each was found, therefore providing on inventory of the documents dealing with the Texas Volley. It is hoped that this volume will assist future researchers studying Texas Volley or its area. It should help them avoid duplication of effort for sources which do not deal with the valley. In addition, the information on repositories may help them plan efficient data acquisition.
In order to assist future researchers in locating specific sources or types of sources, this volume has been divided into three sections. The first section is the source typology which outlines the types of sources which were found. The summary of reviewed repository holdings section lists the sources found at each repository. It refers to each source using the outline format from the source typology. The third section is on annotated bibliography. In this section is a brief description of each source and on assessment of its relevance to Texas Volley.
