Abstract

This study presents an archeological, historical, and environmental framework and perspective through which to view and articulate future studies of non-renewable cultural resources on the Fort Stewart Military Reservation. This framework is based on a literature, documents, and records search. No non-renewable cultural resources were located during field reconnaissance and testing in the project specific area, and thus no direct impact to such is anticipated.
