Archaeological and historical evaluation of the proposed 45.9 acre Combustion Turbine Site, in Jackson County, Georgia, was conducted in November of 1994 for the Georgia Power Company.

Phase I/II cultural resource investigations were performed by Garrow & Associates, Inc., under contract with Greenhorne & O'Mara, Inc., prior to the proposed widening of U.S. Highway 441 in Dodge, Laurens, and Wheeler counties, Georgia.

Garrow & Associates, Inc., conducted archaeological survey of 1,116 m of proposed sewer and/or natural gas pipeline on Robins Air Force Base (Robins AFB) in Houston County, Georgia.

In the winter of 1996-1997, Garrow & Associates, Inc., conducted intensive archaeological survey of selected portions of the 653 acre North Georgia Agricultural Experiment Station in Gordon County, Georgia.

In June 1998, TRC Garrow Associates, Inc., performed archaeological testing of 11 sites in southeastern Georgia to evaluate their eligibility for the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).

Archaeological survey of 18,352 acres of Fort Stewart , Georgia, was conducted by TRC Garrow & Associates, Inc., in February July 1997. Ten tracts were examined. The survey utilized full tract coverage through shovel tests at 30 m intervals.

The publication Woodland Period Archaeology of Northern Georgia was completed by W. Dean Wood and William R. Bowen in 1995.

Phase III archaeological investigations were undertaken at the Hardin Bridge site in Bartow County, Georgia. New South Associates conducted the work for Greenhorne & O' Mara and the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT).

The Cultural Resource Inventory I and II of the proposed Georgia Power Vogtle - South Carolina Electric Transmission Line, Burke County, Georgia, resulted in the identification of four cultural properties and a single isolate.
