This a GDOT Archaeological Short Form for Negative Findings of Phase I Archaeological Survey of the Peachtree Dunwoody Road Project Area in Fulton County, Georgia.

In October 2005 and February 2006, Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey at four locations along I-75 in Tift County, Georgia.

The proposed project would reconstruct the existing interchange on Interstate 75 (I-75) and County Road (CR) 418/Omega-Eldorado Road (Exit 55) in Tift County.

The proposed project would consist of expanding the NaviGAtor system in DeKalb and Gwinnett Counties in order to provide traffic monitoring and surveillance and ramp meters on US 78 from the Lawrenceville Highway/US 29 interchange to the intersection with East Park Place Boulevard.

Original: The proposed bridge would be constructed east of the existing bridge, at a centerline-to-centerline offset distance of approximately 17 ft.

In May 2006, Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of the proposed South Lake C-Tran Bus Transfer Facility project area.

In February 2006, Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey for the proposed Lester Mill Road and Bethlehem Road improvements project. The length of the project corridor is approximately 2.5 miles.

In February 2006, Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) conducted additional survey at the site of the proposed bridge replacement over Big Horse Creek, Telfair County, Georgia. The total length of the redesigned project is 0.50 miles.

The proposed project would consist of traffic signal upgrades at 34 intersections in DeKalb County.

Since the original short form was submitted, one intersection was dropped (Flat Shoals Pkwy. @ Snapfinger Rd.) and three were added: Covington Hwy. @ S. Hairston, Covington Hwy. at Mary Bethune, and Columbia Drive at Casa Linda Drive.
