The project will construct a pedestrian plaza within the Atlanta BeltLine Corridor bounded by North Avenue to the south, Ponce de Leon Avenue to the north, the existing Ponce City Market development to the west, and the Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail to the east.

The proposed project consists of pedestrian and bicycling improvements for students, parents and teachers in the cities of Decatur, Doraville, Lithonia, and Atlanta, in DeKalb County, Georgia.

Since the time of the previously approved Addendum to the Phase I Archaeological Survey of the South River Trail Phase 5, DeKalb County, Georgia, the design of the trail has been further developed and several changes have occurred along the alignment.

The proposed project would consist of pedestrian infrastructure improvements in the vicinity of McDonough Elementary, Wesley Lakes Elementary, Hampton Elementary, Red Oak Elementary, Fairview Elementary, and Stockbridge Middle School in the cities of McDonough and Stockbridge in Henry County.

The proposed project would provide landscaping improvements for the State Route (SR) 20/SR 138 corridor beginning at the northern right-of-way (ROW) line of Interstate 20 (1-20) to Centennial Olympic Parkway in Rockdale County, Georgia.

The proposed project would upgrade traffic signal equipment at seven separate locations in and around the cities of Baldwin, Clarkesville, Cornelia, and Demorest in Habersham County, Georgia.

The project would improve accessibility for children walking and biking to the New Ball Ground Replacement, Joseph Knox, Holly Springs, Woodstock, Bascomb, and Carmel Elementary Schools in Cherokee County, Georgia (see Figure 1).

This project consists of pedestrian improvements in the vicinity of Lawrenceville and Margaret Winn Holt Elementary Schools in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

The original project description, as shown above, has not changed. However, as part of final design, areas of permanent and driveway easement have been added to the project.
