The purpose of this report is to assess the effect that the proposed Federal building and parking structure will have on the Savannah Historic District, and offer recommendations to mitigate the effect, should an adverse effect be identified.

An intensive Phase I archaeological survey was performed on May 22, 2015 of the proposed lease area and access {also called survey area) of the Flier telecommunication facility located in Vidalia, Georgia (32° 19' 50. I" N, 8~ 24' 16.88" W).
