This report lists an account of all the activities carried out in compliance with those outlined in the CIG Project's Milestone Chart. The activities relate to both the technical and educational components of the project.

On July 22nd and July 23rd, at the request of the Office of University Architects(OUA) , graduate and undergraduate students from my summer field course in Shallow Geophysics, GEOL 4660/6660,carried out ground penetrating radar (GPR) surveys in two basement areas of New College.

The following is a final report on the work done under a cooperative agreement Between Fort Stewart, Georgia and the University of Georgia Research Foundation, Inc.

By its very nature, coastal Georgia affords a gateway to world trade, commerce and communication. The Savannah River is considered one of the major direct routes into the heartland of the southeastern United States.

This executive summary concerns the results of an archival search and cultural resource reconnaissance for the Casey-Kayton Canal System. The objective of this study was to apply National Register Criteria to the Casey Canal, a property which will be adversely impacted by the project.

This document is to summarize the preliminary findin9 of an archaeological and engineering study of the Confederate ironclad, C.S.S. Georaia (Figure 1). The results are based on historical, field and laboratory data gathered during this Phase I study.

The following report is the result of a two-phase study of selected reaches of Savannah and Brunswick (Georgia) Harbors. The report is an integration of data from a comprehensive primary source literature search and magnetometer survey.
