Existing structure is 15.4’ x 39’ concrete and timber bridge with timber deck. Existing right of way 60.’ Begins at intersection with SR 100 and ends 500’ west of existing bridge. New structure approximately 56’ double 10’ x 7’ concrete bridge culvert.

24'x80', 24'x80', and 23.9'xl470' respectively; 80 feet existing right-of-way; Replace bridges at each site with a triple 10'x8'x54' culvert, a triple 10'x6'x54' culvert and a 38'x1470' bridge; Widen approaches from 0.1 mile prior to 0.1 mile past bridge at both creeks and from 0.15 mile prior to

Project begins 500 ft. west of stream. New structure will be a triple 9' x8' concrete bridge culvert. A temporary detour easement will be required. (see attachment) Detour will be constructed on downstream side (see attachment). 23.7 ft. x 80ft. timber, steel and concrete bridge.

The proposed project has been surveyed for historic resources in compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto.

Triple 10’ x 11’ bridge culvert. Some wetland involvement, no potentially significant archaeological resources.

Replace bridge on the existing alignment with a triple 8'X6' concrete culvert. Reconstruct approaches to 24' paving width, with 10' shoulders. No required R/ V; easement required for construction on both ends of culver t and for detour to be constructed on the west side.

Replace bridge on existing alignment with an approximately 24 1 x40 1 concrete bridge. Road would be closed during construction, with no required right-of-way.
