An intensive archaeological resources survey was carried out for the proposed Kinnards Mill Substation in Butts County, Georgia. The project was carried out in compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act by personnel qualified under 36 CFR Part 61.

Brockington and Associates, Inc. conducted cultural resources background research on the Phoebe Hospital cell tower on 9 and 25 August 1999 and field investigation on 14 and 21 September 1999. This cell tower has already been installed.

Under contract with Jordan, Jones & Goulding, Inc., Brockington and Associates, Inc., conducted an archaeological resources survey (Phase I) of the proposed Burnt Stand Substation in Lumpkin County. The project tract is approximately 15 acres (6 hectares).

Under contract with M.D. Hodges, Inc., Brockington and Associates, Inc., conducted an intensive archaeological resources survey (Phase I) of the Southpark Tract in Fulton County, Georgia.

In October 2001, Brockington and Associates, Inc., conducted intensive archaeological resources survey at the proposed bridge replacement in Marion County, Georgia. This investigation was carried out under contract with The LP A Group, Inc., for the Georgia Department of Transportation.
