The proposed project would consist of the widening and reconstruction of SR 204 SPUR/Whitfield Avenue from Old Whitfield Road to Ferguson Avenue for a total distance of 2.3 miles (see attached location map). The existing roadway consists of two 12-foot lanes with shoulders.
