On December 4, 5, and 6, 1991 and on March 13, 1992, New South Associates conducted a Phase I cultural resources survey of the Kennedy Parkway highway project near the intersection of I-75 and I-285 in Cobb County, Georgia for Moreland Altobelli Associates.

This report presents the results and recommendations of archeological and architectural historical survey, testing and data recovery efforts at a series of historic mills and mill dam sites located on Sandy Run and Spirit Creeks within the boundaries of Fort Gordon, Richmond County, Georgia.

A Resource Inventory I and II study of the Georgia Power Company study area at the Barnett Shoals Hydroelectric project in Clarke and Oconee counties, Georgia was carried out between December 17, 1985 and February 12, 1986.

Archaeological investigations at the Maddox Park site (Vu114) were undertaken during August of 1988 in order to determine the extent and preservation of archaeological remains associated with Atlanta's first municipal dump, in operation between 1884 and 1910.
