Georgia Transmission Corporation wishes to construct a 46/25 kV substation on a 1.8 ha (4.4 ac) tract of cultivated land just outside of Alston, in southern Montgomery County.

The Georgia Transmission Corporation wishes to enhance the existing Nancy Hart 46/12 kV substation in central Hart County. The substation was built in the early 1990s and is located on a 3.44 ac (1.4 ha) tract of land that also contains two transmission lines.

The Amicalola EMC wishes to replace sections of three distribution lines in northeast Gilmer County, Whitepath Springs, Blue Ridge-Cherry Log and Lucius Road, by slightly rerouting the lines.

At your request we conducted an intensive, Phase I archeological survey for the proposed expansion of the existing Henderson 46/12 kV substation site in Southern Houston County (Figure 1). The survey was conducted on July 9, 2012.
