Existing 24 foot wide bridge; 100 feet existing R/W. Widen bridge to 44 feet to include the roadway approaches Widen east side only; Minimal R/W required from side of widening. No detour required.

Existing structure is a corrugated steel double spandrel arch culvert, 11 ft high and 12 ft wide, with concrete headwalls and wingwalls and no floor. Entire structure is 38 ft long. Existing row is 100 ft. Begins 400 ft. northwest of creek and ends 500 ft southeast of creek.

105.65 ' x22.3 ' bridge; Existing R-0-W 80 feet. In addition to bridge replacements at Flat Creek and Roaring Branch, replace with a double 10’ x 9’ Bridge culvert. No required Row or detour. Construction easements required on both ends of culvert.

48’ x 16’ at Tenmile creek and 5-36” metal pipe at tenmile creek tributary, timber bridge, no existing row. A proposed double, double 6’ x 6’ x 36’ bridge culvert at tenmile creek and a 9’ x 5’ x 36’ box culvert at the Tributary. To be replaced on existing alignment.

32’ x 20’ concrete bridge with 80’ of existing right of way. A proposed triple 10’ x 5’ x 36’ bridge culvert to be replaced on existing alignment. No additional right of way will be needed. This road will be closed during construction.

80’ x 20.3’ concrete bridge over Turkey Branch with 80’ of existing right of way. A proposed 80’ x 30’ concrete bridge will be replaced on existing alignment within the existing 80’ of right of way. This road will be closed during construction.

In compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, project MR-4076(1), Chatham County has been surveyed with respect to archaeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).

Bridge Review sheet, BRSLB-1059(1) Spalding County. The bridge is over CR 502/ West McIntosh Road and crosses Heads Creek. The existing bridge is 120 feet long by 21 feet wide and has timber piles, concrete deck, and steel superstructure.

30’ long x 22’ wide wooden bridge R/W 100’. Stage construction new bridge at present location, 40’ additional r/w through limits of bridge and approaches.

A proposed 130’ x 24’ concrete bridge will be replaced on new alignment. Approximately 80’ of right of way will be needed. This road will be closed during construction.
