This report describes the results of Phase I cultural resources survey conducted for the Georgia portion of the once-proposed Kinder Morgan Palmetto Pipe Line Project, in Burke, Jenkins, Screven, Effingham, Chatham, Bryan, Liberty, Long, McIntosh, Glynn, Camden, and Charlton counties, Georgia.

This letter presents the results of additional Phase I cultural resources investigations completed as part of the proposed Elba Express Pipeline Project; this undertaking currently is under review by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

This addendum report presents the results of additional Phase I cultural resources investigations completed as part of the proposed Elba Coldwater Compressor Station Project; this undertaking currently is under review by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

The Companies plan to add natural gas liquefaction and exporting capabilities to their existing Elba Island liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal in Chatham County, Georgia (Terminal) in order to export domestically-sourced LNG.

This addendum report describes the results of the additional Phase I cultural resources investigations completed as part of the proposed Elba Express Company, L.L.C.

The survey area measured approximately 250 x 10 m in size and it extended north from Loraine Forest Road to the proposed Mid-South Meter Station. The proposed access road was in a wooded area west of an existing pipeline corridor.

The project entails the construction of a meter station interconnect facility in conjunction with Magnolia and Atlanta Gas and Light, Co. (AGLC).
