A cultural resources survey of the bridge crossing of Fish Creek on SR 182/Bethlehem Road in Polk County, Georgia, was conducted by New South Associates May 28, 2001. A 1,000 foot approach with a 400 foot wide right-of-way was studied on each side of the bridge.
