On 27 February 1.982, an initial archaeological reconnaissance and cultural resources assessment was conducted at the four acre site of the proposed Temple boat landing on the Saint Marys River, Camden County, Georgia.

This paper reports on cultural resources data collection in the Central of Georgia train shed, Battlefield Park, Savannah, Georgia. The National Register structure was undergoing modification for conversion to an orientation center and museum.

This paper reports on exploratory testing carried out for the firms of Parsons Brinckerhoff and Lominack, Jewett and Spencer at the Red Building, a National Register structure located along West Broad Street, in Savannah, Georgia.

In the woods to the south of Fort McAllister lies a mound identical to those within the fort walls. (Plate 1). It is connected to the fort by a long, sand wall which currently provides access to the mound.

An archaeological survey was carried out at Hunter Army Airfield in order to determine at what times and in what ways earlier cultures used this area. Nine sites were located. The earliest is a small campsite briefly occupied by Native Americans of the Deptford culture sometime between 500 B.C.
