In July and August, 1993, a cultural resources survey was conducted on 650 acres of proposed timber sale areas near Mack White Gap in Armuchee Ranger District of Chattahoochee National Forest. Ten archeological sites, eleven artifact occurrences, and two rock pile features were recorded.
