The project consists of upgrades and improvements at 19 intersections in downtown Atlanta. Improvements include curb cuts/ADA ramps, new crosswalk striping, and replacing controller cabinets, pull boxes, poles and signalization equipment.

This project consists of the very minor addition of right-of-way to an intersections improvement project archeologically surveyed in June of 2006. The revised plans call for an additional small area of right-of-way at two intersections in the city of Douglas.

This project consists of minor additions of new right-of-way and easement to an intersection improvement project archeologically surveyed in May of 2007.

The proposed project would consist of upgrading the existing traffic signal installations archeologically surveyed in May of 2007. Pedestrian accommodations, including crosswalks and crossing indicators, will be provided at each intersection.

The Georgia Department of Transportation has purchased a ca. 56 ha (140 ac) tract of land in the floodplain of the Conasauga River in western Murray County (Figure 1), which is to be restored to wetlands as mitigation for wetlands impacts elsewhere.

Oglethorpe Power Corporation contracted with Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. to conduct an intensive cultural resources survey of a proposed 37.7 km (23.4 mi) transmission line and 10.9 ha (27 ac) substation in Ware and Coffee Counties, Georgia.
