Mr. Michael Abbott wishes to develop an 18-ha ( 45-ac) parcel of land in northern Richmond County, at the intersection ofU.S. Highway 78 and the Jimmy Dyess Parkway. The development will affect wetlands and thus a Section 404 permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is required.

This report presents the results of an intensive archeological survey performed by Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. in central Bacon County, where the City of Alma wishes to construct a wastewater treatment facility on approximately 15 5 ha ( 400 ac) of land just southeast of the city.

In July of 2013, Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc. conducted an intensive, Phase I archeological survey of a 185.7‑ac tract located about 1 mile southeast of Hazlehurst in east central Jeff Davis County.

The Hart County Board of Commissioners wishes to develop a 13.0 ha (32 ac) tract in northern Hart County, in part using federal grants.

In early June, 2014 Southeastern Archeological Services, Inc., conducted a Phase I archeological survey of the proposed 6.25 ac Majors 115/25kV substation in south central Forsyth County.

This is the second annual report on the inspection of archeological sites being preserved in place under a site monitoring program developed by the Georgia Transmission Corporation (GTC).This report covers site inspections conducted during the calendar year 2011, and future annual reports will de
