Southern Research has completed the Historical and Archaeological Resources Survey for the proposed new Campus Center on the Blakely Campus of Bainbridge College.

In July of 20o6, Southern Research conducted a Phase One Archaeological Survey within the 178 acre Zachry Tract in Troup County, Georgia within the city limits of West Point (Figure 1).

Greenhorne & O'Mara, Inc. under contract with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), hired Southern Research, Historic Preservation Consultants, Inc.

In the winter of 2005, Southern Research, Historic Preservation Consultants, Inc. of Waverly Hall, Georgia conducted a reconnaissance survey for early industrial archaeological sites within the Snake Creek Gorge of Carroll County, Georgia.

In July of 2005, Southern Research conducted a cultural resources survey within an approximately 550 acre tract of land in Washington County, Georgia (Figure 1). The tract is the location of proposed tailings impoundment for the Huber Corporation's kaolin mines.

In December of 2004, Southern Research conducted a cultural resources survey within an approximately 464 acre tract of land in Haralson County, Georgia (Figure 1).

This report is the result of archaeological investigations on U.S. Forest Service land on the Apalachee River near the Morgan County community of Swords, Georgia.

At the request of the Augusta Canal Authority, archaeologists from Southern Research conducted an archaeological investigation of the Augusta Canal Headgates National Heritage Area from August 11 through August 20, 2003.

The Fickling Company of Macon, Georgia contracted with Southern Research, Historic Preservation Consultants, Inc.

The Madison County Board of Commissioners contracted with Southern Research, Historic Preservation Consultants, Inc.
