In October 2000, Environmental Services, Inc. (ESI conducted a cultural resource assessment survey at the proposed B.L. Waycross Associates, L.L.P. Commercial Development, an approximately 64-acre parcel located in Ware County, Georgia. The investigation was conducted on behalf of B.L.

In November of 2000, Environmental Services, Inc. (ESI) conducted an intensive cultural resource assessment survey of a 300 square meter area that is the proposed location of the St. Simons Island Well at Proctor and Mallory Streets on St. Simons Island in Glynn County, Georgia.

In February 2022, Te1Tacon Consultants Inc. (Ten-aeon), conducted a cultural resource assessment survey (CRAS) of the Sugar Creek Apartments Tract in Bibb County, Georgia (Figure 1.1).

In September and October 2016, Environmental Services, Inc., (ESI) conducted a cultural resource assessment survey of West and East Keller Tracts located in Chatham County, Georgia for Roberts Properties, Inc.

On July 29, 2021, Terracon Consultants, Inc. conducted a cultural resource assessment survey the Plainview Fire Department Public Safety Communication Tower tract, located in Jackson County, Georgia (Figure 1.1).

In February 2005, Environmental Services, Inc. (ESI) performed an intensive cultural resource assessment survey of the approximately 100-acre SEDA Properties-Hutchinson Island Tract in Chatham County, Georgia, on behalf of the Savannah Economic Development Authority (SEDA).

In August of 2012, Environmental Services, Inc. (ESI) conducted Phase II level archaeological testing at two sites that were recommended for further work at the TerraPointe/Belfast Commerce Centre, on behalf of TerraPointe Services Inc. TerraPointe Services Inc.

In December 2012, and between May 20 and August 4, 2014, Environmental Services, Inc. (ESI) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of the Proposed Interchange at I-95 and CR 90/ Belfast Keller Road, Bryan County, Georgia [GDOT Project No. PI 0012659].

In March and April 2021, Terracon conducted a cultural resource assessment survey (CRAS) of the approximately 96-acre PCS Properties East Tract in Chatham County, Georgia (Figure 1.1).
