A two-person crew of New South Associates, Inc. conducted a survey of the Horse Creek Bridge replacement on June 5, 2002.

New South Associates conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of Howard Road in Wayne County Georgia from May 19 through 23, 2004. The parameters for the archaeological study consisted of pedestrian survey of the corridor, which is 2.7 miles in length and includes 80 feet of right-of-way.
