From May through September 1989, Webb Diversified Consulting conducted a reconnaissance level cultural resource survey of 3,213 acres in nine compartments (131, 140, 141, 150, 151, 173, 183, 186, and 192) of the Oconee National Forest in Jones, Jasper, Putnam and Greene Counties, Georgia.

On March 9, 10 and 11, 1994, R.S. Webb & Associates conducted a cultural resources assessment of Oglethorpe Power Corporation's New Georgia - Villa Rica transmission line and substation site in Douglas and Paulding Counties, Georgia.

During the period from October 1990 through February 1992 Law Environmental, Inc., Kennesaw, Georgia conducted data recovery investigations on Site 9GW145, a multicomponent quartz quarry/camp site located outside the city limits of Snellville, Georgia in Gwinnett County.

An intensive cultural resources survey was conducted R.S. Webb & Associates on November 21, 1994 for the proposed three-acre Banks County water treatment facility and access road. The project area is located approximately 3.0 kilometers south of Baldwin, Georgia.

The proposed project consists of easements associated with intersection improvements at SR 5/Church Street and Tower Road, from just west of Roselane Street to SR 5/Church Street. Additional lanes would be provided as needed on Tower Road and Church Street.

R.S. Webb & Associates conducted a cultural resources assessment of the proposed Silver Creek Land Exchange Site in Forsyth County, Georgia July 21 through August 7, 1995.

R.S. Webb & Associates conducted a cultural resources survey of the proposed Old Atlanta Transmission Line and Substation Site in Forsyth and Gwinnett Counties, Georgia in the fall of 1995 and winter of 1995.

During the period between July 29, 1994 and November 26, 1994 historical research and archeological sampling, monitoring and data recovery were conducted on the site of the Atlanta Federal Center (AFC).

R.S. Webb & Associates conducted evaluative testing excavations at Site 9FO307 located in the Silver Creek development site. The Silver Creek development site is located 5.0 miles southeast of Cumming, Georgia in Forsyth County.
