I, the Principal Investigator: Robert B. Patton, do hereby certify that the Area of Potential Effect (as described on page 1 of this form) for GDOT Project BRST-031-1(41) has been thoroughly surveyed for archaeological resources and that no such resources were located or identified.

Additional archeological survey of the proposed realignment and bridge replacement on Rocky Creek Road, using recently obtained plans showing newly required right-of-way, located one archeological site within the proposed area of potential effect.

The initial study of the project encompassed 30.5 m (100 ft) on either side of the existing bridge, and 305 m (1000 ft) on the approaches. The new area that needed to be surveyed is on the west side of SR 155.

The Department of Veterans Services has proposed the construction of a new Veterans Memorial Cemetery just north of Glennville along US 301 in Tattnall County, Georgia. The cemetery would be located in an area that was used primarily as agricultural land throughout the twentieth century.

The Early County Development Authority proposes improvements to a 7. 7 -hectare (19-acre) lot, as part of a Blakely-Early County Industrial Park planned for the area immediately northeast of Blakely, Georgia.
