The proposed project is the identification of surplus property owned by the Georgia Department of Transportation that will be placed on the market by the Department's Right-of-Way Office. The surplus property is located south of 1-20 and north of Evans Mill Road in DeKalb County, Georgia.

The proposed project consists of the intersection improvement of SR 28/Sandbar Ferry Road at CR 475/ Laney Walker Boulevard in Augusta (see attached location map).

The proposed project provided emergency in-kind replacement of a triple barrel 8 x 7 culvert along CR 85/Tifton-EI Dorado Road over Gum Creek in Tift County. Project implementation did not require any additional right-of-way or easements.

This project proposes to replace the bridge that is located over the CSX Railroad along CR 1349/Fairburn Road. The roadway improvements would be limited to allow for enough room to tie in the new bridge.

Site 9Pa(DOT)3 was located on November 16, 2009 during an archaeological survey for Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) project STP-186-1(25) in Paulding County, Georgia (Figure 1).

Site consists of a medium density unknown prehistoric quartz lithic scatter. No diagnostic artifacts were recovered from the site and the remains indicate that this was an expedient tool manufacturing site using very poor raw materials.

Archaeological Assessment of Project CSSTP-M003-00(766), Dooly County, including the resurfacing, leveling, milling, patching, shoulder building, and shoulder paving on SR 7 in Dooly County, Georgia. The entire length of the project is 16.8 mile. No additional right-of-way will be required.
