This is a survey for a proposed borrow pit within the rights of way of the proposed Carrollton By-Pass north of SR 166. The area to be borrowed is a 14 acre tract which is already owned by the state and fenced.

This is the examination of two more ALTS for crossing the Oconee River. The southern ALT is relatively low and west—especially the eastern side where there is a large amount of standing water and water marks on trees two feet above this.

The project consists of the repair of the existing concrete beams and encasing the existing 18-inch square reinforced concrete piles. Piles to be encased should be cleaned of all foreign matter and unsound concrete prior to encasement.
