                Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) Project PI #0014908 would replace the existing bridge carrying State Route 17 Alternate (SR 17A) over Toccoa Creek in Stephens County, Georgia (Figures 1 and 2). The existing bridge was constructed in 1935 and widened in 1978.

As documented in a previous Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) Archaeological Short Form for Negative Findings (Koch 2015) and the Finding of No Historic Properties Affected, the proposed project would consist of the realignment of the existing intersection of Glen ridge Drive with State

The proposed project would replace both the northbound and southbound bridges carrying Interstate 85 (1-85) over Indian Creek in Franklin County, Georgia. The existing steel stringer bridges were constructed in 1963.

The proposed project would consist of replacing the existing bridge carrying State Route (SR) 198 over Interstate 85 (I-85) in Franklin County, Georgia. The existing bridge (Structure 10 11 9-0024-0) was constructed in 1962 and has a sufficiency rating of 62.1.

The proposed project would construct a 10-foot (ft) wide paved multi-use trail for pedestrians, cyclists, and equestrians within Chattahoochee Bend State Park (Figures 1 and 2).

As part of the Georgia Department of Transportation's (GDOT) Low Impact Bridge Program (LISP), a potential bridge replacement has been identified along Stovall-Greenville Road/County Road (CR) 416, located in Meriwether County, Georgia.

GDOT Project Pl #0013925 would replace the existing bridge carrying State Route (SR) 10/United States (US) 78 over Sweetwater Creek in McDuffie County, Georgia (Figures 1 and 2) The existing bridge was constructed in 1931 and widened in 1957.

This addendum report has been prepared to address design changes to PI 0006684. This project was previously evaluated by GT Hill Planners in an Archaeological Short Form for Negative Findings, which was approved by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) on October 2, 2014 (Koch 2014).

In March 2018, Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of the proposed bridge replacement carrying State Route (SR) 59 over Stephens Creek located in Carnesville, Franklin County, Georgia (PI No. 0013939) (Figures 1 and 2).

The proposed project would consist of replacing the existing bridge carrying State Route (SR) 52 over the Chestatee River (Structure ID 187-0011-0), located approximately 2.5 miles east of Dahlonega in Lumpkin County, Georgia (Figure 1 and 2).
