Addendum to cultural resources survey of Oglethorpe Power Corporation's proposed Webb Road 115/25 kV Substation in Troup county.

This report documents the results of the cultural resources survey of a proposed transmission line corridor reroute for the proposed Asbury-Nord Kaolin 115 kV Transmission Line and Nord Kaolin 115/25 kV Substation, Twiggs County, Georgia, for the Oglethorpe Power Corporation.

Phase I cultural resources survey and Phase II archeological testing were conducted for a proposed 1,817-acre development tract in Spalding County, Georgia. The study resulted in the recordation of 90 archeological sites, one historic cemetery, and 20 isolated finds.

R.S. Webb & Associates conducted a Phase I cultural resources survey of a 2,200-feet long by 100-feet wide [671 by 30 meter (m)] portion of the proposed Wehadkee Farm Mitigation Bank in Heard County, Georgia, on October 3, 2007.

From May 16 through August 21, 2003, R.S. Webb & Associates conducted Phase III archeological data recovery excavations at Site 9PK48.

This report documents the results of archaeological data recovery at the Charlotte Woods Soapstone Quarry (9Da248) located within the confines of the Live Oak Landfill property in Dekalb County, Georgia. This project was sponsored by Waste Management of Georgia, Inc.

Survey Sites 1, 2, 4, and 5 in the proposed Ronald Reagan Expressway Corridor were tested. Archaeological testing procedures varied in accordance with two general site types: historic sites with standing structures (Sites 1 and 2); and subsurface prehistoric sites (Sites 4 and 5).

From September 22 through October 1, 2008, R. S. Webb & Associates conducted a Phase I cultural resources survey of the Brushy Creek Mitigation Bank site in Burke County, Georgia.
