In compliance with Section I 06 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 and amendments thereto, project STP-M000-00(278) in Fannin County, has been surveyed with respect to archaeological resources, especially those on or eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Place

The proposed railroad safety improvement project would remove two existing two-lane railroad crossings that connect US 29/ State Route (SR) 14 Jefferson Memorial Highway to Walt Sanders Road and replace it with a new two-lane railroad crossing in Coweta County, Georgia.

Original Project Description (2006)

This proposed project would improve the intersection of State Route (SR) 92 and Bowen Road/Old Mountain Park Road. SR 92 in the project area is an urban principal arterial that connects the City of Roswell with locations westward such as the City of Woodstock and 1-575.

The proposed project would widen and improve SR 25/US 17 from the intersection of CR 372/Yacht Drive north to the intersection of SR 99/Grants Ferry Road in Glynn County, Georgia.

Archeological Assessment of a Camden County Resurfacing Project. This project proposes to resurface the existing two lanes of SR 40 beginning 0.72 of a mile south of Mush Bluff Road and ending at the gate to the Crooked River State Park.

Archaeological Assessment of a District 4 Resurfacing Project: the proposed project would consist of the milling, leveling, resurfacing, shoulder building, shoulder paving, and placement of pavement markings on SR 215 in Wilcox County, Georgia.
