The proposed project includes intersection and operational improvements and pedestrian accommodations along Interstate North Parkway, Interstate North Circle, and Windy Ridge Parkway, including the following: Intersection improvements at Interstate North Parkway and Interstate North Circl

The existing bridge structure would be replaces with a 160’ x 38’ concrete bridge structure on existing alignment. An on-site runaround detour would be provided on the east (right) side of the existing bridge. No additional right of way or temporary easement would be required.

A proposed 10’ x 6’ x 36’ concrete box culvert will be replaced on existing alignment. Approximately 80’ of additional right of way will be needed. This road will be closed during construction.

The proposed project on SR 1 would begin at the Early/Clay County line (MP 0.00) then continue northerly to an end point approximately 965 feet south of CR 20 (MP 2.64). All work will be restricted to within the existing right-of-way.

The proposed project on SR 119 would begin approximately 500-foot north of Priester Road (MP 16.90) then continue northerly to an end point at the bridge over the Savannah River (MP 21.91).

The proposed project on SR 27 would begin approximately 185 feet east of the divided median that is 0.36 mile east of CR 180 (Dr Turfier Road-MP 8.885) then continue southeasterly to an end point at the Jeff Davis/ Appling County line (MP 11.419).

The proposed project would consist of widening a portion of SR 107/SR 112 just east of the city of Ashburn. The project would begin at Interstate 75 (I-75) and extend to CR 181/Thompson Road (Figure 1) for a length of approximately 0.7 mile/3730 feet.

This is a bridge project, BRZLB-207(9), located in Monroe County. The project involves the replacement of the existing structurally deficient and narrow bridge over Tobesofkee Creek on Parks Road/ CR 118 including minor approaches.

In compliance with Sect ion 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, archaeological surveys were conducted with the following projects between March 21-23, 1979. The project reported here is BR0LB-065(2) located in Clinch County.

In June 2018, Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey of the proposed Interstate 20 (I-20) bridge replacement located in Morgan County, Georgia (PI No. 0014903).
