During April, July, and November 2005, Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) conducted Phase I and II archaeological investigations at the proposed Ball Street extension location, Perry, Houston County, Georgia.

This is a GDOT report short form for negative findings for the Phase I Archaeological Survey of the Chapel Hill Road at Bomar Road and Central Church Road intersection improvements in Douglas county, Georgia.

The proposed project would improve the intersection of Stewarts Mill Road and Yancey Road/West Stewarts Mill Road in Douglas County. The proposed project would adjust the vertical geometry along the southbound approach along West Stewarts Mill Road.

The proposed project would improve the T-intersection of Stewarts Mill Road and Reynolds Road in Douglas County. Stewarts Mill Road would be widened to accommodate a left turn lane onto Reynolds Road.

This is a GDOT report short form for negative findings for a Phase I Archaeological Survey of I-75 Auxiliary Lane Project Area in Henry County, Georgia. The proposed project would construct an auxiliary lane along the Interstate 75 (I-75) southbound lanes.

GDOT proposes to extend SR 138 on new location from U.S. 78/SR 10 Bypass to SR 11. The proposed typical section would consist of two 12-foot travel lanes separated by a 14-foot center turn lane on approximately 150 feet of right-of-way (Figure 2).

In October 2005 and February 2006, Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey at four locations along I-75 in Tift County, Georgia.

In January 2006, Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) conducted additional survey at the site of the proposed bridge replacement at SR 31 over the Withlacoochee River, Lowndes County, Georgia.

The proposed project would consist of improvements to SR 49 at industrial Drive and Old Macon Road in Byron, Peach County (Figure 1).

In February 2006, Edwards-Pitman Environmental, Inc. (EPEI) conducted a Phase I archaeological survey for the proposed Lester Mill Road and Bethlehem Road improvements project. The length of the project corridor is approximately 2.5 miles.
