A Phase I archaeological survey was performed on August 29, 2015 of the proposed lease area, access/utility easement, and three proposed guy wire easements (hereafter also called survey area) of the Lula telecommunication facility located in Lula, Georgia (34º 22’ 46.05” N, 83º 39’ 09.76” W).

Cellco Partnership and its controlled affiliates doing business as Verizon Wireless (Verizon Wireless), are proposing to construct a telecommunication tower at the above-referenced location.

Early acquisition parcels, as they pertain to Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) projects, are sections of land that lie within proposed Right-of-Way (ROW).
