TRC Garrow Associates was contracted by Lee County Planning and Development to survey 19 segments of existing and new right-of-way in various portions of Lee County. There are two new roads proposed for construction, extending a total distance of 7.3 miles.

On June 7, 1999, TRC Garrow Associates carried out an archaeological survey in Columbus, Georgia, on a tract to be affected by a road construction project at the intersection of Wynnton Road, Peacock Avenue, and Brown Avenue.

As part of the cultural resource investigations for the Level (3) fiber-optic line, TRC Garrow Associates was contracted to carry out test excavations of 9LS239 (formerly designated Laurens County Site 2) to evaluate its potential eligibility for the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).

In October and November 2001, TRC conducted archaeological data recovery excavations at 9CL269 and 9CL270 located in Carroll County, Georgia. The investigations were undertaken on behalf of Carroll County Water Authority in advance of the construction of H.C.

TRC conducted a Phase I archaeological survey for the proposed Anneewakee Creek Greenway Trail Project in Douglas County, Georgia, near Powder Springs in May 2007. The project was undertaken for Bron Cleveland Associates, Inc. and the City of Douglasville.

TRC Garrow Associates was contracted by Level (3) to carry out a Phase I archaeological survey of a proposed fiber optic cable line that extends from the Georgia-Florida border in Charlton County, Georgia, to downtown Atlanta, Georgia.

Metro Area Transit Team contracted TRC to conduct a Phase I cultural resource survey for the Stonecrest Bus Ride Lot project in DeKalb County, Georgia. The area in question is composed of two adjacent parcels of land totaling approximately 17.2 acres.

This report documents the Phase I cultural resource survey of the tract slated for construction of upgrades to the existing sewage treatment plant for the City of Emerson in Bartow County, Georgia. The archaeological fieldwork was conducted on May 14, 1999, by TRC Garrow Associates, Inc.

SOS Development contracted TRC to conduct a cultural resource survey of a proposed residential development on Lake Sinclair in Hancock County, Georgia. This work was carried out to assist SOS Development comply with Section 106 of the National Preservation Act, as amended.
