An intensive cultural resources survey was conducted R.S. Webb & Associates on November 21, 1994 for the proposed three-acre Banks County water treatment facility and access road. The project area is located approximately 3.0 kilometers south of Baldwin, Georgia.

A Phase I cultural resources survey was conducted for a proposed 68-acre (27.5-hectare) development site in Forsyth County, Georgia, to locate and identify cultural resources within the project area, and to assess the significance of each resource.

R. S. Webb & Associates conducted a cultural resources assessment for Oglethorpe Power Corporation's proposed Bold Springs 230/25 kV substation site in May 1995.

See Figure 1. This project will be permitted under the USACE Nationwide program. Proposed project includes construction of access road to Laura Lake Dam.

As required by the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USAGE) has requested DeKalb Resources, Inc. to conduct a cultural resources assessment for a proposed solid waste landfill site as a component of the Clean Water Act, Section 404 permitting process.

During the period of 12 October through 2 January 1990, Law Environmental, Inc. (supervised by Mr. Robert S. Webb, Principal Investigator), conducted a preliminary literature/records review and reconnaissance of a proposed solid waste landfill site in DeKalb County, Georgia for DeKalb Resources.

R.S. Webb & Associates conducted a cultural resources assessment of the proposed Silver Creek Land Exchange Site in Forsyth County, Georgia July 21 through August 7, 1995.

R.S. Webb & Associates conducted a cultural resources survey of the proposed Old Atlanta Transmission Line and Substation Site in Forsyth and Gwinnett Counties, Georgia in the fall of 1995 and winter of 1995.

During the period between July 29, 1994 and November 26, 1994 historical research and archeological sampling, monitoring and data recovery were conducted on the site of the Atlanta Federal Center (AFC).

During the period of October 3 through 17, 2007, R.S. Webb & Associates (RSWA) conducted a cultural resources reconnaissance survey of a 150-acre modern golf course (i.e., the project area) in Dekalb County, Georgia. The golf course will be converted into a mitigation bank site.
