The proposed project for PI No. 0010413 would replace the structurally deficient bridge over Soap Creek on State Route 43, located four miles east of Lincolnton in Lincoln County, Georgia.

The intersection of SR 3/ Northside Parkway and CS 253/Moores Mill Road is located in north Fulton County and lies entirely in the City of Atlanta.

The project proposes to upgrade the existing traffic signal equipment and provide pedestrian accommodations at SR 11 BUS at Old Pendergrass Rd. It proposes to have two poles and tandem mast arms for the signal. Landing pads will be installed for sidewalks at each corner to meet ADA requirements.

The proposed interchange would be grade-separated by lowering Peter Street/Olympic Drive and construction a bridge on SR 10 Loop crossing this street. A compressed diamond interchange (quarter cloverleaf interchange) with one loop ramp would be constructed in the southwest quadrant.
